Description
Hey guys, had a recent request here to do a piece of Syndra with a dodgeball type skin. I thought this was a total crackup and we couldn't resist painting this one up. We tried to alter her up a bit to bring back some of those good vibes from the Dodgeball movie, "if you can dodge a wrench, you can doge a ball!". Hope you guys all like the finished product, all comments and critique are welcome as always and I appreciate EVERYONE who 'likes' the Facebook page, (We do almost all of our artwork for free through sponsorships. Overall Vision
Originality Technique ImpactThe fact that you could execute a skin for Syndra already gives you credit hands down. I find that Syndra is one of the harder champions to design a skin for whether it's fan art or not.
The concept is great, the originality is totally out there and like usual your technique is great creating that bamtastic impact on the viewer. I'm not going to keep commenting on how well you've done but more on the tiny things that you could possible experiment with if you ever decided to come back to this artwork.
You have stuck to the original idea of Syndra's floating purple balls of energy but why not change it up to suit the theme of the skin? What about purple glowing dodge balls or just regular dodge balls? You've added an extra one as well, may I ask why?
With Syndra's cap maybe take away that star spiky thing. Is it really necessary? Maybe try her hairstyle as a ponytail like her original concept.
